Andrew Rice, LPC

Everyone wants to feel connected. We yearn to feel like we belong and have meaning in who we are and what we do. Yet, it is not always that easy. I get it. However, I believe therapy can be a space for us to work together on finding meaning, developing the relationships you need, and caring for the hurt that exists inside us. That is why I am here. To see you, to hear your voice, to understand your story, and to walk alongside you to get to where you want to go.

Above all else, I believe in utilizing a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach to counseling to understand all of who you are--your thoughts, feelings, somatic experiences, desires, beliefs, and relationships. This way, you can become more aligned with your heart, mind, body, and spirit, working together to achieve your goals. In addition, I believe in using your values, purpose, and "why's" to help you align what you are doing and want to do with why you want to do it. As Friedrich Nietzsche states, "He who has a why to live can bear almost any how."
