Every person has a story worth telling. Sometimes, though, life has a way of drowning out our voice, leaving us feeling disconnected from who we are. We may begin to question our worth, lose confidence in ourselves or wonder how we ended up feeling so far from the person we want to be.

My hope is to offer a space where you don't have to pretend or have everything figured out. A space where you can bring your whole story, the parts you're proud of, the parts that still hurt, and the parts that don't make sense yet and know you'll be met with compassion, curiosity and without judgment.

I am especially passionate about helping you (re)connect with yourself and discover what it means to live a life that feels meaningful and authentic. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped your life, make sense of the stories you've come to believe about yourself and create room for a story that is rooted in hope rather than fear. My desire is to help you recognize your strengths, build confidence in yourself and make steps toward a life that feels purposeful.

Our lives are more than our struggles. While we can't rewrite the past, we can choose how we understand it, how we respond to it and who we want to become in the midst of it. I believe that even in the most confusing or painful seasons, healing and restoration are possible.
