Josh McCormick, Master Level Intern

Just surviving, not truly living? You’re going through the motions, checking boxes, and doing what’s expected, but something feels off. Perhaps life doesn't feel as rich as you once hoped it would. Parts of you stay hidden: the emotions you’ve learned to push down, or the version of yourself that doesn't fit into a "box." You deserve a space where the weight of expectations can be set down. I provide a collaborative environment where messy and complex are welcome. Together, we’ll explore your world without judgment, honor the beliefs that matter most to you, and work toward a life that feels genuinely whole, connected, and vibrant.

While I work with adolescents and adults from all backgrounds, I am particularly drawn to supporting neurodivergent individuals and men ready to reconnect with parts of themselves that have been overlooked. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic therapy, we’ll help you honor every part of who you are, making room for a more authentic life.

I know the courage it takes to sit in the client’s chair. Through my own healing journey, I’ve seen how honoring every part of yourself opens the door to a more meaningful life. As a counseling intern, I am committed to creating a space of authentic connection where you feel truly seen and heard. Reach out today to start this journey together.
